30-day returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

1. Go to your account or the order tracking page.
2. Select the order and choose “Request return”.
3. Tell us what happened — photos help for damaged items.
4. We'll email return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect items.
